This is an ipf file containing 6 emitters:

Tint:  An additive layer that brightens your clip into
the emitter's colour, for adding sepia-like tones. [point]

Emulsion:  Adds an animated spotted layer to your clip [area]

Scratches and Hairs:  Thin hair-like shapes that run across the stage [area]

Film lines:  Emits lines along the side of the film. [point]

Reel Change:  A reel change spot [point]

Film Dust: Spots and hairs that pop up and vanish quickly [area]
 

For quick use, place a video clip on the "bgVideo" layer, and render.
